Dr. Ahmed Nouh is a visionary healthcare strategist and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in health insurance, medical assistance, and digital health innovation across the EMEA region. As Chief Strategy Officer at TMASI, he brings deep industry insight, unmatched regional expertise, and a proven track record in building scalable healthcare ecosystems.
Throughout his career, Dr. Nouh has held strategic leadership roles at global and regional powerhouses such as Munich Re and MedNet, where he was instrumental in shaping managed care, reinsurance, and digital health strategies tailored to the Middle East and Africa. He later spearheaded Vodafone’s Digital Healthcare initiatives, where he led the development and launch of innovative digital health solutions, seamlessly integrating telecom infrastructure with healthcare delivery and reaching millions of users.
In parallel with his executive roles, Dr. Nouh has been a driving force behind several successful health tech startups and digital transformation projects. His portfolio includes the design and implementation of national health insurance systems and digital infrastructure in Egypt and the GCC, working hand-in-hand with ministries of health, insurance regulators, and private sector leaders.
Dr. Nouh’s academic foundation includes a Master of Medicine (MBBCh). He has further strengthened his leadership and industry expertise with executive education from prestigious global institutions, including certifications from Harvard Business School in the USA, the IESE Business School in Spain, and the Cranfield Management School in the UK.
